Where are you based?

We are based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and from here we travel to any destination within Mexico.

Will you personally be the ones covering our wedding?

Yes. We only cover one event per day, allowing us to offer a fully personalized and exclusive experience for each couple.

How far in advance should we book our date?

Most of our dates are booked about one year in advance.

Do you charge extra for weddings in other cities?

No. There are no additional fees. Our pricing already includes travel to any destination within Mexico.

If we want to book, what is the next step to secure our date?

Once all your questions are answered and you’re familiar with our work, a 20% retainer of the total package is required to reserve your date.
We’ll then request some basic information to prepare your contract, which will include an official ID and signature to make the agreement valid.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, bank deposit, or bank transfer.
Let us know which option works best for you and we’ll share the details.
A 20% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding.

Do you take photos with family and friends?

Yes. We always plan time for these photos so you can have meaningful memories with the people closest to you.

How long have you been doing this?

We started 10 years ago and have photographed over 250 weddings.

How many members of your team will be at our wedding?

Between 2 and 4 team members, depending on the package you choose

When will we receive our wedding photos and video?

You can expect your gallery 6 to 8 weeks after your wedding.
During peak season, delivery may take 8 to 12 weeks.
