A Few Questions You Might Have
Where are you based?
We’re based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we’re always happy to travel anywhere in Mexico to document your wedding.
Will it be the two of you photographing and filming our wedding?
Yes.
We only take on one wedding per day, so when you book us, you have our full attention. We’ll be there exclusively for you.
Do you help during the planning process?
Honestly, it’s one of our favorite parts.
We know how much goes into planning a wedding, and we want you to enjoy the process without feeling overwhelmed.
We’ll gladly help with recommendations, timelines, the best lighting throughout the day, and all those little details that help everything flow naturally.
Never hesitate to ask us anything. We’re always happy to help.
When should we schedule our engagement session?
Once your date is officially reserved, we’ll coordinate schedules and start planning all the details together.
We’ll help you choose the perfect location, the best time of day, and even outfit ideas so everything feels natural and true to who you are.
The session lasts about 80 minutes, and we usually recommend scheduling it 5 to 7 months before your wedding
How far in advance should we reserve our date?
Most couples reserve their wedding with us about a year in advance.
If we’re ready to book, what’s the next step?
Once we’ve answered your questions and you’ve had a chance to get to know our work, we’ll ask for a 30% retainer to officially reserve your date.
We’ll also gather a few details to prepare your agreement and receipt. Payments can be made by wire transfer or deposit, and the remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.
Can we add extra hours?
Absolutely.
You can add additional coverage at any point during the planning process.
If you’re not sure how many hours you’ll need yet, don’t worry. Once we’ve planned the timeline together and have a better understanding of how your wedding day will unfold, we’ll help you decide whether extra coverage would truly be worthwhile.
Do your collections include a wedding album?
Our collections don’t include a wedding album, but you can always add one for an additional $400 USD.
It’s a beautifully crafted, museum-quality album designed to preserve your story in a way that’s both tangible and timeless.
Do you take family and group photos?
Absolutely.
We always set aside time for family and group portraits so you’ll have beautiful memories with the people who mean the most to you.
We truly recommend including them.
How long have you been photographing weddings?
We started this journey over 10 years ago, and since then we’ve had the privilege of documenting more than 300 weddings.
When will we receive our photos and films?
Your full gallery and films will be ready within 8 to 12 weeks after your wedding.
Your photographs will be delivered through a personalized online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share them with your family and friends.
Your films will be delivered through a private download link, so you can revisit them whenever you’d like.
